Team Stiles Raises $3,000 for CB Smiles Outreach Program

One of the best nights of our year wasn’t just about having fun. It was about making a real difference right here in our community.

Our 2026 Client Party and Fundraiser was all about bringing people together for something bigger than real estate. We invited clients, past clients, friends, and vendors to join us for an incredible night of food, fun, and giving back.

The energy, the smiles, and everyone pitching in really showed what we could do together.

The heart of the event: CB Smiles. At the center of everything we did was CB Smiles, our nonprofit that helps families and individuals in our community.

That’s why this fundraiser matters so much to us. It’s not just about hosting a great event. It’s about using that night to create real support for people who need it.

Thanks to everyone who showed up and gave, we raised over $3,000 for CB Smiles. Seeing the community come together like that reminded me of why events like this are so meaningful.

The whole evening was packed with unforgettable moments. We had raffle prizes, silent auction items, a specialty drink made just for the event, and amazing food from Olive Garden. On top of that, we got to celebrate outstanding members of our team with our agent awards, which made the night even more special.

It’s one thing to host a fun event. It’s another to combine it with recognition, community support, and a clear purpose. That’s what made the night stand out. 

And then there was the fun part. Each agent had a donation bucket, and whoever collected the most money by the end of the night would get a pie in the face. And yes, that ended up being me.

It was messy, it was hilarious, and honestly, it was worth every second. Not because of the pie itself, but because it helped raise even more money for a cause that means so much to us.

This event is important because it shows what can happen when a community comes together. We get to celebrate, have a great time, and at the same time make a real impact through CB Smiles. It’s the perfect example of fun and purpose working hand in hand.
